JCL MP250A Enricher Wiring

On the enricher for this 257cc motor, there are two wires and a red plug. The red plug goes into a matching white plug and the green and yellow wires plug into each other,
The green and yellow wires were put there for a previous Yamaha design but are not used on our scooters.
I guess the Chinese use whatever they have laying around to build these things.
